Happy Birthday Auntie Cathie
Today is my aunt's birthday. I feel kind of bad because I wasn't home for most of the day because of dance. But we had a really good dinner and she got a lot of picutres done.
Dance was fun today. I actaully enjoyed tap because Daisy didn't say anything to make me feel bad at all. I was actually fairly descent at tap. The came ballet, which was fun. Then musical theatre. We're still working on Footloose. We didn't get too far because we had to play catch-up for another girl, but that's ok. I still had a great time. After musical theatre, Grinch practice started. And guess what? Bubba and I get to be Whooville parents. Heather was hesitant to put us together at first, but she did and she told us "No funny stuff from [us]". In other words, no goofing off to get the parents riled. Michelle, we hope you're here to see this because there is this one part where we prepare to do a polka thing and we turn our heads and look at the audience, like ballroom dancers would. And of course Bubba and I overexagurate it. Don't get me wrong, I want all of you to watch The Grinch, but we happened to think of Michelle first...maybe it's because she tends to overexagurate things more than others do....if you know what I mean. Anyway, practice was fun. In between practices, Brooke, Caitlin, and I went to New Season's Market. It was delicious! Apparently, every Saturday they have taste testing from 11-5. So we had sandwiches and then taste tested some food. Then I had my other practice. We're almost done with the dance. Then I came home. My aunty Bette wants me to do a Sunday School thing where I am Rebekka and I talk about what it was like raising Jacob and Esau and whatnot. The problems: I have a Homecoming mandatory rehearsal at 10 AM and I really don't want to do it. My friend Marika would be so much better. I asked Auntie Cathie if she would like to do it and she didnt' say no, but she didn't say yes. They all think I'm still able to do it, but I can't. Sunday School starts at 9:30 and Aunty Bette wanted it to be an all lesson type deal (going from 9:30-10:30). Mom is fine with me not doing it. I think part of that is her knowing how stressed I am and this would just add more stress. I don't know what I should do because if I did it, it would be horrible and Aunty bette would be disappointed and if I didn't, Aunty Bette would be disappointed. Either way, Aunty Bette will be disappointed. Anyway, I finished Perks of Being a Wallflower. Loved it. Thanks for reccomending it Jennifer!
Neil, when are you going to call me? I'd call you, but I don't know when you are availiable and it's easier to call 3 hours back than 3 hours ahead.
That's about it.
