The End is Just the Beginning
Today marks the last day of my high school career. I can't believe it's over. I feel so.....actually, I don't really feel any different, yet. I think I'll feel different when I won't be at school on Friday. I think tomorrow will be more weird than anything else. It'll be my day of realization that high school is over for me. How weird!
Looking back on my high school days, I see many things I am proud of and a few things I am not. I have some regrets, but mainly good thoughts permeate my brain. As much as I complained about events in high school, I think everything that happened happened for a reason. I learned from my mistakes and from my triumphs. I learned from many different people. I met a variety of different personalities. I hung out with the best drama geeks a girl could ask for. I encouraged people to try-out for the plays. I went to State Solo Competition again. I learned that getting a C isn't the end of the world. I learned that pateince really is a virtue. Without it, many things can go wrong. There are so many things I have learned and will take with me to college. Ooo....just seeing the word "college" makes me slightly nervous. I know I will have a good time. I know it.
I am looking forward to summer. Even though I will be somewhat busy, I will definitely have a lot of down time. I can't wait to sleep in!
High school has been an adventure. It is only one chapter in my life. I have many others yet to come. As sad as I am that this chapter is over, I look forward to see what the future has in store.

I don't think I had a chance to tell you this at Graduation today, but:
I'M PROUD OF YOU!
You don't hear that phrase from those who are younger than you very often, so here tis...

Hooray!! You're finally done! Congrats on making it out alive. I never thought it was that great of an achievement, graduating from high school. But then again, it has never been an option for me, I always knew I would. Anyway, congratulations on doing your best and taking advantage of every opportunity. You never told me how Little Mermaid turned out. Please give me details.
