Hmmm...
I figured since I haven't written anything for a while I should probably do so.
Well, I just had a lovely conversation with the spectacular Megan Schuetze over the computer. It was nice to see her writing again.
I finally was able to go to my ballet classes that I assist and take. It's been the first time I've been to all three since December. I was very excited. I haven't taken a ballet class since...hmmm...I believe December because the musical, choir, and dance team had taken up all of my time. Yay for after school activities.
I'm really excited about dance team. State is going to be awesome! I'm slightly excited for Saturday's practice. But oh man, Saturday! Everything in the world is happening on that day. From 8-12 dance team, 1-5 ish Solo/Ensemble, 6-Sunday morning lock-in at my church. If anyone wants to go to a super cool lock-in, you're more than welcome to come. It starts at 6:00 PM. Bring all necessary supplies for sleeping and a Bible you like to read from, if possible. Let me know if anyone wants to come.
Solo'Ensemble is going to be interesting. Not only do I feel very unprepared, but I have found that I don't sing very well directly after dancing. I know I'll do fine, but I really want to go to state and I don't think I will with this dance team gig right before and witht eh songs I'm singing. I just have to ace the facts that my current Italian song isn't "Se Tu M'amie" and I'll probably never find another Italian song that fits my voice as well as it did. That's kind of depressing. Don't get me wrong, I like the current Italian song but it just doesn't fit as nicely. I don't really know what the words mean either. I know the genral concept but not as close of a translation as "Se Tu...". Man I love that song! Oh well. I should probably get going on homework again so I don't fall asleep reading like I did last night. That was amusing!
