Apology
Dear Susan and Ermine,
I would like to say that I am sorry for not returning in time to help clean up. You have no idea how bad I felt that the house was already clean by the time I had returned. I had totally planned on helping clean up. There aren't enough words to say how sorry I am. Susan, thank you for playing for me on such short notice. I am truly grateful.
This weekend has been fun...for the most part. On Saturday, I gave my commentary for IB English. It went rather well. I spoke for at least 15 minutes by myself (which is what you are supposed to do) and then ended up going over 20 minutes due to Miss Denny's questions. After that, I came home and taped my audition for a musical theatre program. That went fairly well too. It really was a good thing Mom was not there. If she had been there, things would have gotten a lot worse than they did later on in the evening. We got done taping before Mom got home, but then Mom ended up not being too happy with what we had so we got into a little tension. It was mainly because one of the songs I sang wasn't as anrgy as I had done it before so she wanted me to do it again. That was a problem because Susan Todd played for me and she was at her house getting ready for a surprise party. So Mom was in a bad mood and I was in a bad mood. However, my bad mood changed soon after because I went to Ryan's surpise party.
The party was fun. I really enjoy hanging out with those people. We attempted to watch Serenity, played DDR, and played Halo 2. Nathan and I were on a team because one of his arms was immobile and i was sitting right there. So we almost won one time. And we actually made a pretty good team, though Ermine beat the crap out of all of us because he's just so freaking good at that game. It was good times.
Then I went to say goodbye to Jennifer. That was sad, but very fun too. I love Jennifer. She's so cool. I wish that she didn't have to leave. However, I'm going to try and visit her while she's in NY. I really hope that works out.
Today I had All-State Dance Team try-outs. Well, that's a lie. Today was the "learning session". We just learned the dance. That was it. For 3 hours we learned the dance. All I can say about it is BT (bus talk).
I hate feeling really bad about something you couldn't really help. It just makes me feel horrible inside. I wish the feeling would go away.
Well, tomorrow means a long day at all-state dance team try-outs. We arrive at no later than 12:40 and dance at 2:00. At 3:30 we find out if we made the call backs. If we didn't, then we book it back to dance team practice. If we did, then we stay until 6:00, where we audition again. Even if just one of us makes it to call backs, we all stay because we're carpooling up there. So it's either going to be a really long day or a really, really long day.
That is all. Good night.
