What is this Feeling?
Well, I have had a lot of different feelings today, though most consisted of pain. Why pain? If you don't know already, see the previous post. Brooke and I had to literally pull ourselves from out of the car using all of our arm strength, which was little because our arms hurt horribly too. Yeah, we were pretty pathetic. Also, my stomach was cramping all day. And, for the first time in my life I had something frozen. My doctor's appointment was to get some irritating skin tags off and the doctor suggested freezing them. He said only a little burning sensation...yeah right! It hurt for at least 30 minutes after he had frozen them. I hope I don't have to freeze anything ever again. My dentist appointment went well. My teeth looked very pretty, so said my hygenist (or however you spell it).
So besides pain, I also felt joy. My teeth for one thing but also we went to a music store and bought the music to Wicked. Yeah, that was great. Michelle came over and we sang a bit. It was great fun. Not only did we sing properly, but we also probably ruined our voices (well we didn't help them any) by singing to Kereoke Revolution. We tried to convince Brooke to play, but she didn't because, I believe, she didn't want to sound stupid in front of Michelle. We both said we didn't care, but she didn't sing and got out of it when her friend Gabby called. I think one of my favorite parts of the day was when Michelle and I attempted to sing "What is this Feeling" in many different versions. The best one was our first attempt. When I say attempt, I mean attempt. It was pretty hilarious. By the end we got it together and agreed that Michelle is much better at Galinda's part than I. So if we ever sing it for anyone, she will most likely play Galinda while I play Elphaba.
Dad and I watched part of "The Alamo" tonight. It was supposed to be a family, historical movie (historical because it is and we've been there). But Mom was already in bed and Brooke became bored within a few minutes of the movie, so Dad and I decided to watch it tomorrow, since both of us were pretty tired too. If that made any sense what so ever, I'd be amazed. :)
I'm somewhat excited for tomorrow because it means Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. We are going to see it with Aunty Bette (we being Brooke, myself, and possibly Dad...Mom will be at work). Also, tomorrow means dance. I'm less excited for that because I am extremely sore, but I have jazz first so I can kill myself right off, then go to ballet, and then tumble a bit. It'll be a great day...I hope. But it would be even better if my dance tapes would come!
Overall, I guess I haven't felt a lot of feelings, but it sure seemed like it. I guess that's just because I was in a lot of pain. I swear I'll never leave 6 weeks in between dancing ever again.
