New Laptop
So my parents bought a new laptop. I'm actually typing on it right now. It's slightly frusterating. I don't like the no mouse thing but as Dad says, I'll get used to it. It's very weird using a laptop and knowing I'll be spending a lot of time typing my paper thing for English over the summer on it. You know the internal asssesment or something like that.
Junior Miss is over...for now. We all made it to state. I'm excited yet, not really. I do want to go, but I don't want our family trip cut short becaus eI have to be at a manditory practice. I know already that the trip will be shorter and rushed if I decide, or rather my Dad forces me, to do it. But as alwayd, I know it'll be a good experience. I don't know what to do. Yes I had fun at this Junior Miss thing, but the current events stuff just doesn't interest me at all. I know I won't study anything until the week before state so I'll be just as unprepared as I was for this one. Actually I take that back because my family and I will be madly rushing from Florida to Oregon, reading Harry Potter, well at least we're supposed to. Anyway, I'll be just as unprepared. I've told my Dad numerous times that I don't want to do it but he keeps on insisting. I don't know what to do.
I've finished choreographing Be Our Guest and If I Can't Love Her for musical theatre. I'm really excited. I want to started now on Be Our Guest because I know it'll take a while to get the hang of. Not because it's hard, but because it'll be overwhelming for those who don't dance. But that's fine because Michelle and Courtney can help a lot since unfortunately they don't do much dancing (thanks Sil for casting that way).
We finished Stargate today. Brooke was irritated because it was a cliffhanger. Not a 2 parter but kinda like Harry Potter. It finished but there is still a slight problem. In this case, the major enemy was defeated, but a character is frozen. Unfortunately we now have to wait until Season 8 comes out on DVD. Brooke's really mad, but I'm ok with it because the bad guy is dead. Anyway, now we plan to start over and watch the shows with commentary or just over again and watch all the special features we missed becaus ewe didn't want the, to give away what would happen next. In this way we shall watch Stargate alll over again. But now I can do homework while watching so maybe I'll get to sleep sooner. (Yeah right)
