An Update
Hopefully, now that I have moved my bed from a loft to a regualr bed on the ground, I'll be able to sleep. Don't get me wrong; the Ambien worked great, but for some reason I could not sleep on my bed, even if I took the Ambein. So I rearranged my room. My desk and bookcase are now by the window. I like the change. It seems like I have more room on the floor too. Funny.
Fiddler is coming along. Having canned music is really rough. So is switching the music director. Instead of the guy who has been with us this whole time we have a new person. Why? Because the original music director can't make it for all for all of the shows. We knew this, but it's still hard to have someone else direct us. The shows are selling out fast. April 20 May 5, and May 6 are sold out and the rest are over 70% full. Of course, it's a small theatre, but still...
I hope to come home May 1 and 2. Why? I miss home a lot and I don't think I can stand being away for a whole 7 and a half more weeks. I already had a horrible Sunday night and I don't want a repeat. Of course, having someone visit me out here wouldn't be awful either ;) Hint, hint...
I'm really excited for my classes next year. My only problem now....rooming. I dont' know a) where I'm living and b) who I'm living with. I had several offers, all of which I guess weren't really offers...more like talkign about but not really serious....or forgotten so I've been replaced. Nice huh? Yeah, I thought so too. As much as I'd like to live in a house or apartment next year, I think sleeping in a dorm room again is better. Why? Well, I'd be on campus, I'd have easy access to a piano (for practice), and I'd be more likely to be around people.
Yesterday, I sang at Thursdays at Battelle. I felt like I did really well...and I guess I did because all fo my friends and my teachers said I was really good. They couldn't stop saying enough about how comfortable I looked and how wonderful I sounded. Yay me! :)
Well, I should do some exercises or something. Maybe work on my choreography project? Yeah...
If I don't see you soon I'll see you in 7 and a half weeks.

so i can't make any of those dates. but what do you say about a lunch/dinner/coffee/ice cream (or all 4?) date sometime before school gets out? lemme know girl!!
